Material selection and procurement: Select suitable plush fabrics, fillers, and other required materials according to design requirements. These materials need to comply with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety and durability of toys.
Cutting and Stitching: Cut the selected material according to the design drawing and perform fine stitching work. The stitching should be firm and not easily detached to ensure the integrity and durability of the toy.
Filling and shaping: Fill the interior of the toy evenly with filling material and perform shaping work to create the expected appearance and texture of the toy.
Quality inspection and packaging: Conduct quality inspection on completed toys, including appearance, size, and safety of filling materials. After confirming the quality is qualified, proceed with packaging and label production,
